USC has been working on both the filling offensive and defensive line in 2020 recruiting class. As July comes to an end, the Trojans added another defensive line man to their upcoming class.

2020 defensive lineman Jamar Sekona made his commitment to the Trojans Tuesday evening. His announcement came through his twitter account. The Marin Catholic product also had offers from other Pac-12 Schools such as Colorado, Arizona, Arizona State, and Cal.
Rated as a three star prospect, Sekona is ranked as the No. 36 defensive tackle in the 2020 recruiting class. He’s also the No. 31 prospect in the state of California and No. 366 overall according to the 247 Sports composite.
Sekona becomes the second defensive tackle in the Trojans 2020 recruiting class. Three star defensive tackle Kobe Pepe committed to USC back in June. With Brandon Pili, Jay Tufele, and Marlon Tuipulotu becoming draft eligible this season, the Trojans are looking to stock up on defensive lineman despite being young at that spot.
USC now has 10 recruits in their 2020 class. Headlining that class is five star quarterback Bryce Young. The Trojans currently sit at No. 57 in the recruiting rankings and No. 7 in the Pac-12 which is very underwhelming for many. However, plenty can change between now and signing day. It is possible that many recruits are looking to see what direction USC goes this upcoming season.
