USC officially announces the signing of a unique athlete on Early Signing Day.
Drake London has signed with the USC Trojans. The announcement came per Shotgun Spratling of USCFootball.com and later by London via his twitter account.
IT’S OFFICIAL!! ❤️ ✌

London is rated as a four-star wide receiver and ranked as the No. 41 wide receiver in the 2019 class. He is also ranked No.36 overall in the state of California per 247 Sports Composite. The four star wide receiver committed to USC back in June of 2018.
This is a unique situation for London because not only did he sign with USC to play football, but he will also play basketball for the Trojans. London is currently one of the top shooting guards in the nation and is part of a USC Basketball 2019 recruiting class that ranks No. 1 in the nation. According to the 247 Composite, London is a four-star shooting guard and is ranked as the No. 11 shooting guard in the 2019 class. He’s also the No. 6 overall prospect in the state of California.
The four star athlete out of Moorpark, CA isn’t the first dual athlete to be in this position, but it’s not everyday that you hear of a prospect ranked this high in both sports. London will bring more athleticism to a loaded wide receiving position at USC. He will also likely compete for a starting job on the basketball team next season, as the Trojans will lose a few guards at that position. Right now, head coaches Andy Enfield and Clay Helton are very happy people.
