Are you a sports writer or a loyal USC Trojan fan? Are you looking for a writing opportunity and a chance to join one of sports media’s most popular brands in SB Nation?
Well we here at Conquest Chronicles are looking to bring on writers who would enjoy covering USC football!
As a writer for Conquest Chronicles, we ask that you would be able to contribute regularly on a topic of your choice.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has a knowledge of USC football
- Proficient writing skills and must have knowledge of Associated Press Style
- Will be consistent in submitting finished articles
- Good communication skills (we are a team)
- Can pitch topics as well as write about what is scheduled
- Experience in sports writing or current journalism student
Previous professional experience is not required, though we do ask you have some experience in sports writing, have a knowledge of AP Style format, or are currently a journalism student.
This is a fantastic opportunity whether you are looking to get your foot in the door to the world of sports coverage, or whether you are already a published writer.
