USC vs Arizona: How to watch, TV schedule, game prediction

The Trojans are on the road against the Wildcats

NCAA Football: Arizona State at Southern California Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Your USC Trojans narrowly avoided defeat against one Arizona state school last week when they came from behind to knock off the Arizona State Sun Devils, 28-27. Now, today is the day they take on the remaining school from the Grand Canyon State in the Arizona Wildcats.

Game prediction

The Trojans have more than just a leg up on the Wildcats entering this one after Arizona’s first game was cancelled due to Utah’s COVID-19 outbreak a week ago. Arizona hasn’t played a game this season and they’re breaking in multiple new full-time starters including that at quarterback in Grant Gunnell.

Gunnell is a true presence on the field and absolutely will make his name known in this game and this season if his previous games are any indication. He should scare the USC defense that looked great against Jayden Daniels last week but Gunnell is absolutely a more prolific passer than Daniels.

Despite making major adjustments on defense due to three starting players transferring this offseason when the Pac-12 had paused their season, the Wildcats behind Gunnell have enough firepower to keep this one close as well.

USC wins it, but not nearly where Vegas thinks it will be.
