We aren't even through the 2018 season—heck 2017 hasn't even kicked off and, yet, USC has landed what is widely considered to be the top QB prospect of the 2019 class.
JT Daniels, a junior and the starting quarterback at Mater Dei High School, made the announcement via his personal Twitter page:

It just so happens to be that Daniels attends the same school that Trojan greats Matt Leinart and Matt Barkley also attended.
Last season, as a sophomore, mind you Daniels' stat line consisted of 4,849 passing yards along with 67 touchdowns and only 6 interceptions.
The kid can play, and I know I'm not alone in saying that we can't wait to see him suit up for the Trojans.
Fight on!
