USC Basketball head coach Andy Enfield received a two year extension Wednesday morning per USC Athletics. The extension is through the 2022-2023 season. This is coming off of the team winning a record 26 games and advancing to the second round in this year’s NCAA Tournament.

USC continues to see major improvement under Andy Enfield. On the court the Trojans have seen their record improve and make the NCAA tournament in two consecutive years. They’re also putting together top 20 recruiting classes which have also turned the program around and caught the attention of top recruits across the nation.

The extension is very well deserved based on what he has done for the USC men’s basketball program. Next season USC could potentially become a pre-season top 25 team and have 50/1 odds to win next season’s National Championship. Some were suspect about the hire back in 2013, however it is safe to say that many are on board with Enfield based on the progress the program has made.
