USC Basketball defeats Oregon State

The Trojans are winners of 5 straight

NCAA Basketball: Oregon State at Southern California Jayne Kamin-Oncea-USA TODAY Sports

USC Basketball picked up a fifth-straight win in convincing fashion Thursday night over the struggling Oregon State Beavers as the USC Trojans won 92-66 over the Beavers at the Galen Center. The Trojans are now 21-4 on the season and 8-4 in Pac-12 Conference play. You can check out highlights, interviews and recaps below.

The game against Oregon State likely served as a nice tune up before the USC basketball schedule turns into possibly the most difficult stretch of the season. USC basketball will face 3 straight teams ranked in the top 10 nationally. On Saturday USC will host the Oregon Ducks, take about a week off and then head across town for a matchup with the UCLA Bruins on the 18th. After the Bruins, USC plays the Arizona Wildcats on the road on the 23rd.

On the positive side the USC basketball schedule provides plenty of time in between each of these games for the Trojans to get rested and ready to play tough opponents. Make no mistake though, in the next two weeks this USC basketball team will be tested and we will find out just how far this USC basketball program has progressed and how far they still need to go.

Highlights, interviews and recaps from Oregon State are below:
