Joseph Lewis to USC: WR recruit signs with Trojans

One of the best wide receivers in the country joins USC

NCAA Football: Rose Bowl Game-Penn State vs Southern California Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

An already great signing day got even better with the commitment of four-star WR Joseph Lewis moments ago. Lewis (Hawkins HS in Los Angeles) committed to USC over the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Lewis is ranked as the #4 WR in the nation by 247sports and the #6 overall prospect in the state of California. Lewis has elite speed and with the loss of JuJu Smith-Schuster and Darreus Rogers, Lewis could make an immediate impact for the Trojans.

Lewis’ incredible talent garnered him offers from plenty of elite schools across the country including the Alabama Crimson Tide, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, UCLA Bruins, Washington Huskies, Oklahoma Sooners and several more. Lewis narrowed his choices down to the Trojans and Cornhuskers with USC being the heavy favorite.
