On December 29, #8 USC will face #5 Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl Classic at AT&T Stadium. Bowl season is a wondrous thing, college football can be found on the screens of loyal fans pretty much 24/7 in the heart of December through early January.
Bowl matchups are what legends are made of. Some may find their team playing against a familiar rival, others may find a game that only comes around once every 10 years….and may need a refresher on which opposing players to look out for. If you are a Pac-12 fan that hasn’t been paying attention to the happenings in Columbus, Ohio, look no further. If you are a Big Ten fan that hasn’t been paying attention to the happenings in Southern California, I got you covered.
Both USC and Ohio State have a multitude of talent on each side of the ball, so here are some season statistics from the best of the Trojans and Buckeyes.
