USC Trojans vs Alabama Crimson Tide: Jabari Ruffin ejected from game for stomping on an opposing player’s groin

USC’s defense is fighting hard, but the offense has struggled in the first half.

Jabari Ruffin has been ejected from the game againat Alabama with less than five minutes left in the first half. Alabama had just kicked a field goal to extend their lead to 10-3 was kicking off. Adoree’ Jackson was on the return and was brought down. After the play was over Adoree’ Jackson was attempting to help up Alabama’s number 29 Minkah Fitzpatrick. Jabari Ruffin stepped over Fitzpatrick and while he did he stomped right on the crotch of Fitzpatrick.

Jabari Ruffin’s ejection comes at a time when USC’s defensive is playing hard and keeping Alabama’s offense in check. Right after the crotch stomp USC quarterback Max Browne threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown which gave Alabama a 17-3 at the half.
