The start of the Sam Darnold era was not inspiring. The Trojans fumbled the ball and Utah ran the ball right back down the field for an all too easy touchdown taking an early lead. On the ensuing kickoff Adoree’ Jackson evened the odds with his sixth career returned touchdown. Why the Utes kicked to him? I’m not sure but Jackson provided a spark for USC. Despite a rocky start Adoree’ has been an unbelievable bright spot for USC.
