Same Old Story: USC Defense Burned by McCaffrey

Watch Stanford’s 56 yard pass play to open the scoring.

They said they had ‘a plan’ for Christian McCaffrey. But with just under 5 minutes to go in the first quarter, Stanford QB Ryan Burns connected with the Heisman candidate for a 56 yard touchdown. This play was reminiscent of the 67 yarder that turned last year’s Pac-12 Championship game in favor of the Cardinal.
