In other news, the LA Times reports that the California Supreme Court has rejected the NCAA's request to review their case against Todd McNair. The NCAA had challenged the appellate court's original ruling, which would have allowed for ex-USC coach Todd McNair to continue with his defamation lawsuit against the NCAA. According to Yahoo Sports, this latest legal development will allow for the case to finally continue in Los Angeles Superior Court.
