2016 National Signing Day: USC signs three-star dual-threat QB

Committed to USC since last May, Glendora High School quarterback Matt Fink officially became when he signed and enrolled at USC in January. The early-enrollee, Fink threw for 1,255 yards and 15 touchdowns as a senior and also showed his mobility by running for close to 1,000 yards and 16 touchdowns.

Fink will most likely compete with Max Browne and Sam Darnold for playing time during spring practice and could red-shirt in 2016.

Fink is an extremely mobile quarterback and Clay Helton and Tee Martin could create some read-option packages that allow Fink to showcase his talent. Fink was ranked as a three-star quarterback by Scout.com and came in as the number six quarterback in the state of California.
