There weren't a lot of positives for the USC Men's Basketball team on Thursday as they got blown out by the Stanford Cardinal, 84-64. USC converted on only 28% of their three-point attempts and Cardinal guard Dorian Pickens had 25 points. Now, the Trojans (19-9, 8-7) look to rebound against the red-hot California Golden Bears (20-8,10-5) winners of six straight.
Previewing Cal
After going through a stretch earlier this conference season by losing five of seven, the Cal Golden Bears are one of the hottest teams in the nation. Cal has won six straight with two of those games only decided by less than 10 points. Cal is coming off of a 75-63 victory over UCLA on Thursday and is led by highly-touted freshman Jaylen Brown, who leads the team with 15.8 points per game.
Game time is 5:00 P.T. and can be seen on Fox Sports 1.
