The UCLA Bruins raced out to an early lead against the USC Trojans but the Trojans came back to tie the game at 7. The Bruins then took the lead again up 14 to 7. The Trojans came roaring back thanks in large part to wide receiver De’Quan Hampton. Hampton has not seen many passes come his way this season. He actually has not seen many passes come his way tonight but he’s made them count. Hampton has two touchdown receptions on the night.
Hampton’s first touchdown gave the Trojans their first lead of the night:
At the start of the second half the Trojans were up 23-14 when Sam Darnold found Hampton again in the end zone opening the game up 30-14.
