Justin Davis has been described as the most complete back in the USC backfield. He like much of the USC offense really turned things on when the Trojans made the switch at quarterback. Sam Darnold’s ability to move the pocket and ignite the passing game really opened doors for Justin Davis on the ground.
Headed into the Colorado game Davis was on fire and in the first half of the game Davis continued that momentum. unfortunately in the third quarter he was injured on his right ankle. He came out of the game and put ice on it before being eventually carted off the field and back into the locker room. never a good sign.
@joeyrkaufman well this is just great.

Aca'cedric Ware and Ronald Jones have attempted to fill in for Davis but production out of the USC rushing attacked has dropped significantly and it is impacting the rest of the team.
No word yet about the injury or the extent.
