The Trojans were 27-7 with 34 seconds left in the half. USC had no timeouts left and were on the Arizona 39. Quarterback Sam Darnold rolled out to his right and hit Juju Smith-Schuster just inside the 30. Smith-Schuster slipped past a defender while tip toeing doing the sidelines and managing to stay in bounds. He then cut back away from the sideline where he was hit hard but not taken down and the defender could not wrap up. Smith-Schuster continued running and found the end zone giving the Trojans a 34-7 lead at half time.
USC 34, Arizona 7.

The Trojans are absolutely rolling at the half and playing a relatively clean, relatively mistake free football game with an excellent game plan from the coaches. USC is also having a great game away from the Coliseum so far we will see if they can finish strong in the second half.
