The Trojans may continue their recent growth in SEC territory. After already landing three recruits out of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama respectively, the Trojans found themselves atop another top recruit's list.

Incoming junior Malcolm Askew out of Alabama, listed the Trojans atop his "Top 10 Schools That Haven't Offered" via twitter.

The four-star athlete is ranked 121st in the country and 6th in the state of Alabama by 247 Sports. Askew has already received 37 scholarship offers, with Alabama considered the favorites - Askew lives only 90 miles from Alabama's Tuscaloosa location.

Askew has the ability to play numerous positions but predominantly plays cornerback. Askew could potentially fill in for star Adoree' Jackson, should the then junior choose to leave for the NFL.

Whether or not Askew chooses USC over Alabama could come down to next year's season opener. The Trojans and Crimson Tide are set to meet in the 2016 Cowboys Classic in Dallas, Texas. Askew's recruiting decision will be officially decided a few months after the game.
