USC holds at 10 but Notre Dame and UCLA are closing in

As expected there is very little change in the week 2 Coaches Poll from the preseason poll. USC is holding steady at number 10 but number 11 Notre Dame has narrowed the gap after their blowout win over Texas.

Oregeon holds at number 5 after proving that their offense is just fine even without their Heisman Trophy winning quarterback. UCLA jumped from 14th to 13th. Arizona jumped from 22nd to 20th and Utah jumps into the rankings at 25th. Utah's opportunity to join the top 25 party is likely possible because Stanford and Arizona State dropped out of the rankings after both teams lost freeing up 2 spots in the top 25.
