MIQUE JUAREZ - OLB (North Torrance, CA)
Result: Defeated Peninsula (40-14)
Mique had a stellar game against Peninsula this past week. He scored 6 total touchdowns, 3 running and 3 passing, including a long 78-yard scamper for a score. Oh, and he also played defense. The idea of Mique playing alongside Cameron Smith and Osa Masina should make Trojan fans salivate. He's one of the best athletes in Southern California and they can't let him get away.
Stats of Note: 6 total TDs (3 rushing, 3 passing)
WeAreSC has the highlights:
DAELIN HAYES - OLB (Skyline, MI)
Result: Defeated Okemos (45-6)
Daelin had another big week on the field for Skyline. He collected 8 tackles including a sack that forced a fumble and also hauled in a 7-yard TD reception on offense. He continues to lead a newly-confident Skyline team that did not win a game in 2014. However, Daelin also made headlines off the field this week for reasons that might worry Trojan fans. He took an unofficial visit to Notre Dame for their win over Texas in South Bend and, despite his firm pledge to USC, he seems to be warming up to the Irish.
Stats of Note: 8 total tackles, 1 sack, 1 FF, 1 TD reception

TYLER VAUGHNS - WR (Bishop Amat, CA)
Result: Defeated Servite (28-10)
Vaughns had another great game against a tough Servite team. He was able to haul in 10 catches for 104 yards and 2 TDs despite the fact that Trevon Sidney did not play and Vaughns was double covered for most of the game.

MICHAEL PITTMAN - WR/DB (Oaks Christian, CA)
Result: Defeated Cathedral Catholic (35-33)
Pittman continued his impressive offensive showing from last week by absolutely terrorizing the Cathedral Catholic defense this week. Pittman hauled in 12 receptions for 262 yards and 2 TDs and was a bad spot away from having a third TD catch. He also had 7 total tackles and a sack on defense. Pittman is being recruited as an ATH, but regardless of where he plays in college he's looking like he'll make quite the impact.
Stats of Note: 12 receptions, 262 yards, 2 TDs
VELUS JONES JR - WR (Saraland, AL)
Result: Defeated Robertsdale (45-7)
Velus' stock continues to rise as he gets closer and closer to earning consensus 4-star status. He set the tone for his Saraland team and their blowout victory over Robertsdale by returning the opening kickoff for an untouched 86-yard TD. His speed remains his biggest asset.
Stats of Note: 1 KR TD (86 yards)
JOSH IMATORBHEBHE - WR (North Gwinnet, GA)
Result: Defeated Hillgrove (31-19)
Imatorbhebhe continues to make the most of his limited opportunities in a run-first offense. He only had 2 receptions for 74 yards, but one of them was a highlight-worthy 60-yard TD catch that offers a good glimpse at his elite strength and size.
Stats of Note: 2 receptions, 74 yards, 1 TD
MATT FINK - QB (Glendora, CA)
Result: Defeated Alta Loma (24-14)
Fink was solid in his team's opener, completing almost 70% of his passes and throwing for a pair of TDs including a 43-yard strike.
