The Associated Press Preseason Rankings came out and the Trojans are ranked 8th.

CBS Sports shares five things you should know about the latest AP Poll and Reign of Troy points out that despite the 2012 debacle, the Preseason AP Poll has been a fairly decent indicator of where the Trojans will finish.

Coach Sark has apologized for his behavior at Salute to Troy and Greg Katz of WeAreSC wonders if the apology will be enough. Pete Arbogast described Sark's behavior as: "unusual candor and color to describe his feelings about some opponents and his squad."

Steward Mandel of Fox Sports writes that Sark's behavior is just another event in an ongoing saga of public relations nightmares for the University.

Wide-receiver and USC commit Amari Rodgers continues to impress at the high school level.

Speaking of impressive, Trojan runner Andre De Grasse tied for the bronze at the IAAF World Championships.

Chris Dufresne of The Los Angeles Times believes that The Pac-12 Media picked USC because it was the safe bet.
