USC Football 2015: Lamont Simmons possibly transferring

According to sources at Scout redshirt freshman Lamont Simmons has reportedly begun the transfer process. Simmons will need to secure a release from the University in order to transfer to another division I program.

Simmons was a highly rated recruit coming out of high school but could not secure any playing time competing with the likes of Adoree' Jackson.

Simmons is rumored to be interested in Georgia Tech, Rutgers, and North Carolina, schools where he might be far more likely to get some playing time.
