USC lands their seventh verbal commitment and Trojan fans, it's a big one. On Monday Matt Fink of Glendora announced he would be committing to the University of Southern California via Twitter. Fink known for his tremendous athleticism, is the No.7 dual-threat quarterback and No.223 player overall in the 2016 recruiting class.
Fink's stock rose this spring, recently being ranked the No.44 player in the ESPN 300 and receiving an opportunity to play in the Under Armour All-American game. Fink has a lean and athletic body frame at 6'3 179lbs. He has a cannon for an arm and his accuracy makes it had for defenders. Fink also has the ability to make something out of nothing, as he is a great runner that can tuck the ball and get positive yards.
Fink chose to join USC over Notre Dame, Washington, Oregon State, and Utah. Fink will join a talented group of quarterbacks at USC with freshman Ricky Town, a N0.6 pro-style QB in 2015, as well as Max Browne and Jalen Greene waiting patiently. Fink is a great pick up for the 2016 class that gives coach Sarkisian another option over the next four-plus years.
