Javorius "Buck" Allen has been selected by the Baltimore Ravens with the 125th overall pick in the NFL Draft. Allen is the 41st USC running back to be drafted in the NFL and the first since Allen Bradford in 2011, who has since converted to linebacker.

After redshirting in 2011 and appearing in three games in 2012, Allen burst onto the scene in the second half of the 2013 season, finishing the year with 785 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns (T-19 in the nation). A majority of those yards and touchdowns came in the last six games. In those last six games, he had four games of at least 100 rushing yards and multiple rushing touchdowns.

In 2014, Allen was the Trojans workhorse all season. Allen finished the season with 1,489 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns. His 1,489 rushing yards were the most by a Trojan running back since Reggie Bush's 1,740 in 2005. Allen had nine games with at least 100 rushing yards and three with at least 150. He also had 41 receptions for 458 yards and a touchdown. He was named First-Team All-Pac-12.

Allen is not the fastest running back but at 6'0" and 221 pounds, he is durable and tough to tackle in a one-on-one situation.
