Tight end Bryce Dixon was not at USC's first day of spring practice on Tuesday, dealing with a school conduct issue according to Trojans head coach Steve Sarkisian.
About two hours ago, Los Angeles Daily News reporter Scott Wolf tweeted the following:

Wolf published a short article where he eluded to the California game last year when Dixon was suspended.
However, FOX reporter Liz Habib tweeted two hours ago: "Official word from USC as of right now on TE Bryce Dixon: He is still on the roster."
USC can't afford to lose Dixon in a position where the Trojans would be left with two tight ends. Jalen Cope-Fitzpatrick, who was suspended last year, and walk-on Connor Spears would be the lone tight ends. USC also will welcome Tyler Petite in the summer.
Dixon had 14 receptions for 198 receiving yards and four touchdowns during his freshman year in 2014.
