Kevin Scott
- Defensive tackle
- Los Angeles, CA (Bishop Mora Salesian HS)
- Ht: 6'5" / Wt: 265
The 84th-ranked player in California has signed with USC, adding to their magnificent recruiting class.
Wide receivers coach Tee Martin and defensive line coach Chris Wilson were responsible for recruiting Scott to USC. As you can see from Conquest Chronicles' National Signing Day updates, Martin in particular is having himself one hell of a year recruiting along with assistant coach Marques Tuiasosopo, who was named a top recruiter by 247sports.com.

Scott will compete with fellow signee Rasheem Green along with Delvon Simmons and Greg Townsend Jr. for playing time, but Scott will probably be mostly a rotational player early on. He looks extremely long and athletic, and could give USC some nice interior pass rush in passing situations. He's a tad on the light side for a defensive tackle at 265 pounds, so he could even see some action at defensive end. Check out his tape:
Scott had a ridiculous 17 sacks and 20 tackles-for-loss during his senior season alone at Salesian. He chose USC most notably over Ole Miss and Miami (Fl.).
