We are expanding! . . . Now onto the links.

A lot of new developments to cover in the link roundup today. On the site, Julian Lopez goes over what the Holiday Bowl might look like, where USC and the Wisconsin Badgers will be facing off on December 30th, and Julian Lopez gives his early predictions on the game. Also, ex-head coach Steve Sarkisian is now suing his old employers, and Clay Helton has just fired a good portion of his coaching staff, including Defensive Coordinator Justin Wilcox.

Those last two bits of news have made national headlines, with everyone from Slate to Fortune Magazine weighing in on the issue. Fortune, which details the financial specifics of the $30 million lawsuit, writes that Sarkisian's suit has the potential to be very damaging to the university. Slate and ESPN go into detail as well, writing about how under California law Sarkisian can seek damages for wrongful termination and discrimination against a disability.

NBC Sports and Sports Illustrated follow up on the latest personnel changes, with NBC reporting that Wilcox's inability to keep his cool during the Pac-12 Championship game probably did not help his case to stay, and SI going into more detail about the other firings.
