We are expanding! . . . Now onto the links.
We're gearing up for the big game here at Conquest Chronicles! Julian Lopez breaks down the top 5 Stanford players to watch in the Pac-12 Championship game. Meanwhile it was just announced that 5 Trojans earned First Team All-Pac-12 Honors. Zach Banner and JuJu Smith-Schuster made the first team offense list, while Adoree' Jackson, Anwuan Woods, and Su'a Cravens all made first team defense.
In other news, it's now been long enough since USC's initial announcement to hire Clay Helton full time for everyone to come up with their own unique opinion. ESPN has some interesting things to say, questioning whether it was the right decision after all to hire the interim coach full-time. However, the LA Times' Bill Plaschke is on board with the decision, saying that "this guy is perfect for the Trojans". And meanwhile, Fox Sports reports that USC wanted to interview Bengals offensive coordinator Hue Jackson, but the timing didn't work out.
