We are expanding! . . . Now onto the links.

We here at Conquest Chronicles have a staff round table for you today. This week's topic is Clay Helton's performance record, and whether it's enough to keep him at USC for the long term. Also up on the site is the latest edition of Trajuan Brigg's weekly podcast.

For the game tomorrow, it looks like Tre Madden will not be joining his team after all. LA Times reports that Madden has been fighting through a bone bruise on his knee, and NBC Sports quotes interim coach Clay Helton, who said the goal was to get Madden "100% healthy" before reassessing.

More special attention for Ronald Jones II, with Fox Sports predicting another big game from the freshman running back, especially in the face of Madden's absence. ESPN also highlighted Adoree' Jackson, and his ongoing attempt to deliver on the return game.

Some more good news for the Trojans and their standing in the Pac-12. The NCAA website as well as the LA Daily Newsplace USC as contenders for the Pac-12 South, even though it will still be a challenge.
