As I'm sure everyone knows by now, USC lost to Washington in an embarrassing defeat at home last night.

There was a lot of build up to this game, after USC having a bye week and the documented wealth of history between the two head coaches and teams, as ESPN writes.

And there are already an abundance of opinions on the loss post-game, with the LA Times writing about the apparent unpreparedness of the Trojans in their play, even after a bye week. USA Today writes about Sarkisian's questionable future with USC, and Sports Illustrated uses hindsight to say that maybe athletic director Pat Haden's decision to hire him was the wrong one all along.

Sports Illustrated goes on to say that Sarkisian was "outfoxed" by Washington head coach Chris Peterson, who's team fell victim to this trick play last night.

And though they may seem few, here are the highlights from last night's game. Video credit goes to USC Athletics and SnappyTV.
