We are expanding! . . . Now onto the links.

On the site, Andrew Green profiles current Pittsburgh Panthers coach Pat Narduzzi as a potential fit for USC's current head coach opening.

Around the web, there seems to be some lingering confusion over the point spread in Vegas, with the undefeated Utes picked as the underdog, and USC beating them with a point spread of +3. Bleacher Report takes a deeper look, finding that advanced stats also find USC to be the better bet. ESPN backs this up, with Sharon Katz citing the Football Power Index, which puts USC at a 72% likelihood of beating Utah.

The stakes remain high for everyone at USC though, with Utah natives Porter Gustin and Osa Masina especially looking to prove something to their home state. On the opposing side as well, with the LA Times' Bill Plaschke inferring that Kyle Whittingham might be looking to move schools.
