USC Men's Basketball Announces Full 2014-15 Schedule

USC hopes to rebound from their 11-21 record last year.

Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

Earlier this week, USC men’s basketball announced their full schedule with television assignments for the 2014-15 season. In his second year with the team, head coach Andy Enfield will look to lead the Trojans to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2010.

Enfield’s team struggled last year, posting an 11-21 record in 2013. USC’s top scorer last year Byron Wesley (17.8 ppg), transferred to Gonzaga in the offseason and will be able to play immediately after graduating last year.

USC opens the season at home against Portland State on November 15 followed by Tennessee Tech on November 17. USC will travel to Charleston, SC to compete in the Charleston Classic beginning on November 20 against Akron. All three of those games in the tournament can be seen on the ESPN Networks.

One other notable non-conference game is on November 30 when the Trojans travel to New Mexico to face the Lobos. New Mexico finished second in the Mountain West last year with a 27-7 record but fell in the first round of the NCAA Tournament to Stanford.

The Trojans open Pac-12 play on the road against Utah on January 2. The Crosstown Showdown between USC and UCLA will take place on January 14 at USC and on the last day of the regular season March 4, at UCLA.

Looking at the television assignments, if you don't have Pac-12 Networks, you will miss half the season. Of the Trojans 31 games, 15 will be televised by the Pac-12...and that's not even counting the Pac-12 Tournament, which will start on Pac-12 before moving to ESPN at the end of the tournament.
