USC's "most recent" Heisman Trophy winner, Matt Leinart, will once again be commentating on college football, this time as the newest Pac-12 Networks analyst. This good news for Leinart and Trojan fans everywhere comes in the midst of some unsettling times as USC makes final preparations for Fresno State.
Leinart will make his Pac-12 Networks debut on Saturday, August 30, joining Mike Yam, former UCLA head coach Rick Neuheisel and Curtis Conway for Pac-12 Networks' pre-game, halftime and post-game show coverage this weekend.
After six years in the National Football League with the Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans and Oakland Raiders, Matt Leinart has found a new gig after being dropped from the Fox Sports 1 College Football pre-game show.

Matt Leinart finally gets back to covering College Football, a place he once dominated and probably never wanted to leave given all championships perks and individual honors. It may not be a trip down the ramp and through the Coliseum tunnel for the Homecoming Game, but Leinart certainly will add more star power for the Pac-12 Networks weekly coverage.
