USC football has received the letter of intent from local product Ajene Harris out of Crenshaw High School, which has also produced Trojans Hayes Pullard and Marcus Martin, and Oregon superstar De'Anthony Thomas.

The three-star recruit was a late bloomer, receiving an offer from interim head coach Ed Oregeron during the regular season. Harris was regarded as the No. 60 player in California by Rivals.com and becomes the 11th official player to join the 2014 class.

Coach Sarkisian on Harris: "Ajene is an all-around athlete. He played quarterback in high school, but he can really do anything on the field, especially when the ball is in his hands."
