Recruiting guru Tee Martin found himself an instant playmaker in Riverside City College WR Issac Whitney, who announced on Thursday that he will be attending the University of Southern California. Whitney's recruitment moves USC's 2015 class, which can bring up to 24 players, to the No. 8 overall spot in the nation according to 247sports.com. On average, the Trojans' are landing some of the best recruits (18 and counting) with plans to lock up some final pieces for the first full recruiting class since the NCAA mandated sanctions.
