Howard is a three-star wideout from Westlake Village, California. He also received a scholarship offer from Washington on Monday and has previously been offered by Michigan, San Diego State, UCLA and Washington State.
Listed between 5'11" and 6'1" and between 168-175 pounds, Theo Howard is a speedy and shifty receiver, who will likely fit into the slot role, but he also has really strong hands and isn't afraid to go up and get the ball.
Howard called Michigan his "dream school" after receiver the Woverines' offer. He visited UCLA on an unofficial visit last month after getting the Bruins' offer. Another place he took an unofficial visit to this summer was Maryland, so Howard has made it seem as if he is open to traveling for college, but will also be considering Southern California schools.
