USC vs. Washington State Football: Game Time & TV Information Announced

1:30 p.m. on Pac-12 Networks.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

On Monday, the Pac-12 announced the game times and TV network information for next weekend's conference matchups on Saturday, November 1. The Trojans' road trip to Washington State wasn't selected by FOX or ESPN with the Stanford/Oregon, Arizona/UCLA and Utah/Arizona State games also on the slate.

Instead, the USC Trojans will take on the Cougars in an afternoon battle at 1:30 p.m. PT on the Pac-12 Networks. The 1:30 p.m. matchup will be helpful for the Trojans since temperatures are predicted to dip down to as low as 34 degrees at night, but there is expected to be a high of 52 degrees for the day.

But regardless of the temperature, the Washington State Cougars will be trying to wear down the USC secondary with their pass-joyous offense led by quarterback Connor Halliday, who is on pace to break several Pac-12 records, including Matt Barkley's career passing yardage mark. The Cougars are currently 2-5 with a 1-3 Pac-12 record with a game against Arizona this weekend. Though their record is unsightly, they are a team that will likely give the Trojans a battle.

Not only has Washington State pushed top 5 Oregon to the brink, but they have been in every single game and have lost only two games by double digits, falling 24-13 at Nevada and 34-17 against Stanford. But even in those losses, the Cougars have had their chances.

The Trojans lead the all-time series 58-9-4 and have won 10 of the last 11 on the road at Washington State. Before losing 10-7 to the Cougars last year, USC had defeated them eight straight times, winning all but one game by at least three touchdowns.

The USC/Washington State game fell to the Pac-12 Networks after FOX chose the Oregon/Stanford matchup for its nationally televised 4:30 p.m. PT matchup. The Arizona/UCLA Pac-12 South matchup will be played at 7:30 p.m. PT and be aired on ESPN while Utah at Arizona State can be found on FOX Sports 1, starting at 8 p.m. PT.
