Today, a few thousand fans adorned in cardinal and gold will settle in at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to watch the first Trojan Huddle/Spring Game of Lane Kiffin's tenure at USC. And there're plenty of reason to be intrigued by today's scrimmage. For one, it marks a big opportunity for Matt Barkley to show fans how far he's come since last season's disappointing 9-4 finish, and for young inexperienced freshman early enrollees Dillon Baxter and Kyle Prater to turn in big performances in their first game ever at The Grand Old Lady. On the defensive side of things, fans will get a glimpse at Devon Kennard, who mark my word, will be the starter at middle linebacker when the Trojans kick off the season in September at Hawaii.
All in all, a lot of good story lines for this one. In the meanwhile, feel free to post your thoughts on today's scrimmage below.
