SC hosts Oregon St. tonight at the Galen Center after a close win against Cal in Berkley. The beavers have struggled this season though they just came off a win against ASU. SC beat the Beavers in Corvallis by a wide margin 91-46 where SC shot 66%. The concern tonight is that SC could look past the Beavers as they gear up for their showdown against Oregon on Saturday, The Ducks take on UCLA tonight.
Being up 17 points in the 2nd half against the Bears SC saw that margin disappear, but were able to hold on for a 76-73 win. The defense has been a bit of an issue of late as has been the free throw shooting. So lets see if they come out focused and worry about the task at hand.
