Well, that wasn't dull. It was a tough, soggy game between two well matched teams, but USC managed to pull out the win over Cal, 24 - 17. Key events: Chauncey Washington running for 222 yards, the 96 yard drive in the 4th quarter, and Terrell Thomas' interception on Cal's final drive of the game.
I spent some time hanging out with the folks over at The Band is Out on the Field- a welcoming bunch, who have some gripes about their starting QB and erratic play. Sounds familiar, no?
