So now that weekend is done it's back to the grind. Well, except for me. Mom and Dad are in town to meet their new Granddaughter. They will have a blast!
Here are some news and notes to get your work week started:
- I saw this first on USC Trojan Football. It looks like there is some discontent in regards to the Nebraska QB situation. Here's the story from HuskerExtra.
- Scott Wolf is reporting that USC Basketball recruit Daniel Hackett should complete his summer classes and be cleared by the NCAA so that he can graduate early and start attending SC.
- ESPN's Bruce Feldman has his update on Dwayne Jarrett's eligibility. Jarrett continues to be optimistic; I on the other hand hold no such optimism. The NCAA works at it's own pace and with all the foot dragging in regards to the Reggie Bush Fiasco I wouldn't be surprised of they are making SC sweat a little. Is this Mike Williams all over again? Stay tuned.
- Kyle has his game preview of Ole Miss. There is also some speculation that UGA may schedule a game with Oregon State. Maybe Kyle can get some revenge for the Dawgs' loss to the Beavers in the CWS.
- Peter has his game preview for Iowa State. Very Thorough.
We now have rivalries with the following schools:
USC-UCLA
Michigan-Ohio State
UGA-UF (You know, that Cocktail Party thing)
UF-FSU
Utah-BYU
SBN is the place to be!
That's it for now. Enjoy your day!
