USC - UCLA Final Thoughts

As noted, USC plays UCLA tonight at the Galen Center, starting at 10 EST, 7 PST. USC could best be described as battered, and UCLA are making noises that suggest that Coach Howland has come up with something more effective than the rivalry to get his team to focus: getting into the tournament.
"For us, this is bigger than the rivalry," junior guard Darren Collison said. "We're not even looking at that, not looking at the first game, not looking at the second game. We're in a battle right now for the Pac-10. We have no more room for losing."
I don't know if the game is on the DC area, so if I'm able to follow at all, it will probably be via web updates.
