According to multiple sources, Pete Carroll teamed up with Will Farrell to show the boys on the field Farrell's new flick, Talladega Nights (which is hilarious...I strongly recommend it).  Without fail our rivals over at bRuins Nation and Rakes of Mallow (Seriously guys...what does that mean?) threw up some photoshops:

Its not bad, and to be honest, its not all that offensive.  It shows we command star power both on the football field, and the movie screen.  It shows that we can have a little fun.

In that same vein, I figured I would post some other shots of Carroll and the team.

There is something to be said for the realism of these pictures...SC's dismantling of Michigan in the Rose Bowl (I wonder long its been since the bRuins have done that there...hell, when is the last time they really dismantled ANYONE good?  As far back as recent history goes, they have TWO wins against ranked opponents - OU, who was coming off a season opening loss against TCU, and Colorado State back in 2002).

There was the epic game that was 'SC vs. ND 2005, Bush Push and all.  And before someone swings starts swinging, it was Charlie Weis who said:

A picture says a thousand words, and 'SC has one helluva story going.  Our rivals, and every other football team not named Texas, wish they could be so lucky.

The season's coming, and our boys are going to be ready.
