USC Basketball: Get To Know 2014 PG Jordan McLaughlin

Andy Enfield's first five-star recruit brings plenty of promising talents to the Trojans backcourt.

USC men's basketball will look to the future under head coach Andy Enfield, and that begins with the talented contributions dished on and off the court from Etiwanda High School PG Jordan McLaughlin.

Recruited heavily by the likes of Andy Enfield, Jason Hart, Tony Bland and of course his former high school teammate Byron Wesley, McLaughlin gives the Trojans a legitimate distributor of the basketball from here on out.

Despite tearing his labrum late in the season, the 6-foot,170-pound guard helped the Etiwanda Eagles finish with a 27-5 overall record, 10-0 in Baseline League play. His gutty efforts will be heavily relied upon next season as USC looks to replace its starting point guard, Maryland transfer Pe'Shon Howard, from last season.

Check out Get 2 The Game Inspired by American Family Insurance video special with the class of 2014's No. 39 overall recruit according to 247Sports, and USC's top-rated signee for this year's recruiting class. One recruiting note however, USC can officially talk about its recruiting class after the NCAA clearing date starting on Wednesday, April 16th.
