While the March Madness brackets continue to shuffle through your Twitter Timeline, Facebook page or Billion Dollar Bracket Buster Challenge, keep in mind that plenty of great positional battles will take place this Spring.
It starts with the battle between Max Browne and Cody Kessler for the starting quarterback position. Sarkisian has said over the past few practices that he will make his decision "when it feels right," before sitting on that choice and letting it play out for one more time to make sure it feels right.
He also added that he wants the choice to be made soon, hopefully during spring practice, right around the time USC takes the field for the Spring Football Game on April 19th.
USC will also have plenty of young guns to work with on the defensive line as Kenny Bigelow, Antwaun Woods and Delvon Simmons continue to showcase tremendous power and strength up front. Sarkisian has been impressed with the play from his defense, and talked about some of the major leaders that have emerged thus far.
Make sure to take a peak at this post-practice press conference that kicks off the start to one of the best times of the year. Not only some March Madness Basketball (Women of Troy), but also Spring Football now one week in the books.
Just in terms of March Madness though, here is one bracket that will definitely be on everyone's mind especially while their brackets continue to implode with all the possible upsets on the board. Enjoy folks, we sure have thus far...
