I was cruising the mass media sports coverage today.

May be I'm just cynical about the position of the media and NBC with all the bias in reporting on MSNBC and CNBC. But, would the fact that NBC is locked out of the PAC-12 TV deal and that NBC only has Notre Dame for college football, would that fact be totally irrelevant to the headline?
