Penn State To Face 'Unprecedented' Sanctions
In the wake of the Jerry Sandusky scandal and the Freeh Report, NCAA president Mark Emmert will announce harsh penalties against Penn State on Monday morning during a press conference scheduled for 6 a.m. PST. The university will not, though, receive the infamous "death penalty." So will these sanctions, which could include a TV ban as well as a bowl ban, be any worse than what USC received two summers ago? Feel free to sound off here.
