Not good. The Trojans are now on a four game skid and have a conference record of 5-9. Overall, they are 19-14, which is five games better than their record at this point last season, but the offense is struggling greatly against Pac-12 opponents. This weekend, ASU held USC to only one earned run in the entire series. A spot in the regionals is still a realistic goal, but the Trojans are going to have to improve with the wood if they want to go further. Next up, USC plays three solo games against out-of-conference opponents: Cal State Bakersfield, UCSB, and Long Beach St.
