The Trojan women lost to ucla last week in a close match 3-4, but came back on Saturday to take a 6-1 victory of USD, all this dropping them from #2 to #4 ranking. The only change in the line-up against USD was the insertion of Valeria Pulido at #6 singles for team Captain Alison Ramos, who is struggling again in her matches like last year. Recent losses against Cal and ucla (a tie break 1st set) have cause for a change so but her outstanding doubles play has keep her in the line up and don't get me wrong she is a fantastic player and person.
Recently the trojans added Giuliana Olmos part of the four freshman #1 recruiting class last year, I was wondering what happen to her I know she was playing some pro events in the fall. Saturday they will face WSU at Marks stadium at 10:30 and who knows will play #6 singles it could be Ramos, Pulido or Olmos, anyway they should win big.
